Unfortunately had a nasty experience with the receptionist Erin this morning.

Called simply to make an appointment for my partner. She was just downright dude and spoke to me like I was garbage.

Didnt wish to hear the circumstances and seemed to make judgements on a situation she was hardly qualified to give.

Hopefully she wakes up on the right side of the bed before her next shift for other patients sake.

This is still a business and good customer service goes a long way, bad customer service goes even further.
